30-Day Easy Return
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Easy Return policy as long as the item is unused and in new condition.
To qualify as unused, products must be returned in their original packaging without any missing tags or stickers.
- Please note that the initial shipping cost is not refundable, if any.
- If the product is not broken or defective but doesn’t meet your expectations, we will accept the return; however, we may not be able to cover the return shipping cost for no-reason/change-of-mind returns.
- We highly recommend that customers avoid initiating a return by rejecting the package, as this can prevent us from receiving the returned item and completing the refund or exchange process.

We’ll provide you with a return address and guide you through the return or exchange process.
Step 3: Return the Product
Follow our instructions to ship the return package back to us.
Step 4: Get a Replacement or Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a tracking number for any replacement shipments. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–20 business days, depending on your bank.
